Return Policy


We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. To make things easy, offers free returns. Included in every package is a prepaid shipping label. The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact.

Haggar Canada does not accept returns for the following merchandise:

  • all altered, washed or worn merchandise
  • underwear
  • socks
  • clearance items

      Returned merchandise without tags intact, or received 30+ days after the original delivery date will not be accepted.

      Please note items reduced 50% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. In case if the effective order value post return is less than free shipping threshold, standard shipping will be charged (unless specific free shipping code/promotion has been used).

      Orders placed from November 15th to December 31st are eligible for return up to January 31st of the following year

      If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, or color), you must contact Customer Service at 1-800-7HAGGAR (1-844-742-4427), and provide a photo of the defect and all tags on the garment.

      We regret that online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at any Haggar store (within Canada or USA).  Likewise, please do not use the prepaid shipping label to return items purchased at any of our Haggar stores (within Canada or USA).

      Return Instructions

      Detach the top customer portion of the invoice for your records. Circle the items that your returning noting the reason for the return by including the two-character reason code. Repack the merchandise in the original packing materials and enclose the completed invoice. Place the shipping label provided on the outside of the package and drop off at any Canada Post/ Purolator location respectively. Please remember to note the Canada Post/ Purolator tracking number on your portion of the packing slip.

      If you are not in possession of your receipt or return label, please call Customer Service 1-800- 7HAGGAR (1-844-742-4427)  and we can assist by emailing you a new return label. will also accept merchandise returned using the carrier of your choice and expense. Repack the merchandise in the original packing materials and enclose the RETURN FORM. Send your merchandise back via insured mail to the following address:

      We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods.  Please save your tracking number. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our facility.

      We will do our utmost to process your return within 14 days of receipt.

      As soon as we have processed your return, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original method of payment.  A confirmation email will also be sent once the return has been completed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.


      At this time we are unable to process exchanges. Please return your unwanted items by following the return instructions.  Please create a new order for new items.
